When I first installed it, my Macbook was overheating. When I realised macOS Mojave lacks screen time, the new Reminders design, etc. I upgraded to macOS Catalina via update service. Now I have better performance and design. My MacBook Air is 2015. Apple is very appreciated.

My 2012 macbook became unusable
It crashed my 2012 Macbook. This update broke my apps and slowed down my computer. It’s designed for newer computers, so I had to spend $300 to upgrade my hardware. Apple screwed me over because I needed the new iOS to fix my iPhone. Apple should reimburse users whose macbooks are damaged by updates.

Worst OS.
Ugh. Worst. My login screen is slow. My apps are slow. I lost some software on my computer, and the only way to get it back is to delete 100 documents and thousands of pictures. If I knew this OS was bad, I wouldn’t have downloaded it. I regret upgrading.

Battery death
My 2015 Macbook pro’s battery lasted 6 hours before the upgrade. After the upgrade, the same programmes barely last 2 hours. Used to use 8%, now uses 40%. Sleeping! The battery metre overreads and crashes from 30% to 10% in minutes. Don’t upgrade unless necessary!
