Tyrant T-00 Minecraft Skins

T-00 was one of the mass-produced T-103 Tyrants, created on Sheena Island, an island owned by Umbrella that was aptly named the Tyrant Plant. To get rid of the high incompatibility ratio common among Tyrants, the T-103s were given an adrenal neurotransmitter taken from the Locus Ceruleus.

The T-00 - also dubbed "Mr. X" - is a Model 103 Tyrant created by the Umbrella Corporation. It appears as a recurring threat in Resident Evil 2 and its remake, as well as in the Memories of a Lost City scenario in Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles . The T-00 was one of a series of mass-produced Tyrant B.O.W.'s developed by Umbrella.

Without half of the power limiter to keep it under control, Tyrant underwent a hideous mutation into it's Super Tyrant form, exponentially increasing its power but at the cost of becoming a mindless beast (similar to T-002 or mutated Nemesis ). Just as Leon was taking the elevator to escape the NEST.

"Mr. X" was used again in Resident Evil: The Official Comic Magazine #4 (published December 1998), where in this case it was the actual name of the series, with "Tyrant" instead only applying to identical clones of the Resident Evil foe.
